The Monte Carlo Apartment Homes loves pets are now Pet Friendly! We have a 1/2 acre fully fenced grass Pet Park. There is a two pet maximum. We have a 50 pound weight limit and some pet breed restrictions, please check with the management office for details and a Pet Application. There is a initial $350 Pet Fee for 1 Pet and a $500 for two Pets at Move -In and $25 Pet Rent Per Pet per month. The initial Pet Fee may be Refundable at move out if there are no Pet “Issues”.
